We'll ship your bike and all your gear flat rate ground shipping within the lower 48 states of the USA. Check out our Shipping Policy for all details and optional ship methods.
All brand-new bikes sold by Bambino Bikes come with our 30-day return policy. We want your child to get the best possible feel for their new bike, and that can only be done by actually riding it! Original owners (with proof of purchase) may return their bike for a full refund (less original shipping cost) within 30 days of receipt of the bike, provided the bike is returned in like-new condition in the original packaging. Generally speaking, we have you covered against any manufacturing defects that occur within the first 90 days. Each brand we carry has a unique set of warranty details; for example, Bixbi Bikes have a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork to the original owners and Kali Protective helmets have a lifetime crash replacement warranty.
