Each brand we carry has a unique set of warranty details; for example, Bixbi Bikes have a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork to the original owners and Kali Protective helmets have a lifetime crash replacement warranty. LIMITED WARRANTY

We stand behind every product that we sell at Bambino Bikes with a 90 Day Warranty.
Beyond that we will work with individual manufacturers on your behalf for product-specific warranty claims.

WHAT’S COVERED

Bicycle Frames and Rigid Forks: Bambino Bikes warrants the frame and fork of each NEW bicycle (for any bike brands currently sold by Bambino Bikes) for five (5) years from the original date of purchase for the original owner. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Bicycle paint finish and other pre-installed bicycle components: Paint finish and all other original components (for any bike brands currently sold by Bambino Bikes) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Accessories such as, but not limited to helmets, pads, bells, and tools are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS

Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear. It is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his or her bicycle and protective gear (i.e. helmet and pads) before each and every ride and properly care for and maintain.
Normal wear and maintenance of replaceable parts such as, but not limited to, tires, tubes, grips, bearings, brake pads, cables, and drivetrain components.
Any damage, failure, or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper installation or repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner’s manual, excessive or improper use, including, but not limited to stunt riding, jumping, trials riding, or similar activities, or in any other manner for which the bicycle was not designed.

LIMITATIONS AND OTHER NOTICE

Product-specific warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this Limited Warranty can be found below.
Team REC REC, LLC. DBA Bambino Bikes shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with products sold within www.bambinobikes.com. Bambino Bikes' liability hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods not complying with this warranty or, at Bambino Bikes' election, to the repayment of an amount equal to the purchased price of the product in question.
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not transfer to subsequent owners.
Competition riding, extreme riding, or riding in unsafe conditions can put the rider at risk and significantly shorten the life of a bicycle or protective equipment. These riding conditions may result in an unpredictable failure of a product that would not be covered by this Warranty.
