  • GATHER YOUR TOOLS

    A flexible measuring tape, string, phone charger or something similar will work great (and a ruler to measure the length of string).

    MEASURE

    Wrap the measuring tape around your child's head just above their eyebrows and 1.5 cm above their ears. Mark the location of overlap to find the measurement.

    FIND YOUR SIZE

    Refer to the sizing below to find the correct size. If between sizes, size down.

    ◄What size helmet should I get?
    The Kali Zoka Youth helmet is made for head sizes 49 to 51 cm. Check out the “Fit Guide” above for instructions on how to measure your child’s head size.

    ◄Why does the YS size cost more?
    To achieve a more secure fit for small heads the pads and liners of the Zoka must be changed out. We include the YS sized pads with your purchase at a discounted cost to you. Your helmet will arrive with the YM pads and liner installed. Remove the YM pads and liner and save those for later as your child grows.
    ◄What happens if a helmet is damaged in a crash?
    Stop using the helmet immediately. Once a helmet has been in a serious accident and shows visible signs of damage discontinue use. All Kali Protective helmets are covered by a lifetime crash replacement program. Contact Bambino Bikes to start your replacement claim.
    ◄What is the Kali Protectives Helmet Warranty?
