Mac Ride Mounting Bracket Spacers

Mountain bike, road bike, gravel bike, beach cruiser, e-bike, steel classic, micro folder, you name it, if it's a bike the Mac Ride will fit it! Since bikes come in all shapes and sizes they sometimes require special adapters or spacers. If you're not sure which is the correct adapter for your bike, please don't hesitate contacting a Bambino Gear Expert to assist you. 

• 1 1/8" -  Standard Mounting Bracket Spacer - This is the industry standard size for most bike front fork steerer tube diameters. If you've got more bikes than you can count on one hand then you might want to get an extra spacer, or two.
• 1 1/4" - This is only found on Giant bikes from 2011-2014. Check your headset, if it's 1 1/4" it should say "Overdrive 2".
• 1" or 7/8" - Quill Stem Mounting Bracket Adapter - If you cycle on a "cruiser" style bike, or perhaps an an older bike, you'll need an adapter for your stem. There are two sizes of Quill Stem Adapter and it is very important to know what you need. They are not interchangeable.
• Trek Knock Block - If you ride a Trek Bike with the Knock Block headset then you'll need this spacer. There are a couple of options for installing the spacer and Mac Ride mounting spacer.
• Option 1:
• Base: any knock block spacers you are keeping
  2nd Layer: lockring spacer
  3rd Layer: Mac Ride front mount spacer
  Then, your stem.
• Option 2:
• Base: lockring spacer
  2nd Layer: Mac Ride front mount spacer
  3rd Layer: Any standard spacers you wish to add
  Then, your stem.
