Here's how to put together your balance bike in 17 seconds! Psych! It will take you more than 17 seconds, but it will certainly take you no longer than 10 minutes, including Toddler distractions and breaks! 

If you're like me, not the most mechanically minded in your family (I'm married to an Engineer for heaven's sake!), this will be ez-pz.
